{"id":11040,"date":"2020-11-11T10:57:30","date_gmt":"2020-11-11T13:57:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/?p=11040"},"modified":"2020-11-11T10:57:32","modified_gmt":"2020-11-11T13:57:32","slug":"comunidades-indigenas-estao-reflorestando-os-andes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/index.php\/2020\/11\/11\/comunidades-indigenas-estao-reflorestando-os-andes\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunidades ind\u00edgenas est\u00e3o reflorestando os Andes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Iniciativa visa recuperar as florestas mais altas do mundo<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Conservar o que ainda existe e restaurar o que foi derrubado. \u00c9 este o trabalho que vem sendo realizado por povos tradicionais no Peru que est\u00e3o plantando queu\u00f1as (Polylepis spp.) \u2014 uma esp\u00e9cie nativa que cresce nas \u00e1reas mais altas da Cordilheira dos Andes.<br>Alcan\u00e7ando at\u00e9 cinco mil metros acima do n\u00edvel do mar, as queu\u00f1as j\u00e1 foram devastadas por queimadas e pastagens, mas com o projeto \u201cA\u00e7\u00e3o Andina\u201d ganhou novo vigor.<br>Por meio da Asociaci\u00f3n Ecosistemas Andinos (Ecoan), a iniciativa realiza a\u00e7\u00f5es diversas. Anualmente ocorre, por exemplo, o festival Queu\u00f1a Raymi em que jovens, crian\u00e7as e idosos sobem as montanhas para realizar o plantio coletivo. A floresta tamb\u00e9m captura e armazena a \u00e1gua do gelo derretido dos Andes, liberando-a lentamente para as comunidades. A Global Forest Generation, parceira do projeto, acredita que regenerar esses ecossistemas florestais ser\u00e1 essencial para enfrentar os desafios das mudan\u00e7as
