Todas as pessoas e empresas com conta-corrente, poupan\u00e7a ou conta de pagamento pr\u00e9-paga em uma das 762 institui\u00e7\u00f5es aprovadas pelo Banco Central j\u00e1 podem fazer transfer\u00eancias pelo novo sistema que vai funcionar por 24h todos os dias.<br>Desde o dia 5 de outubro, pessoas e empresas est\u00e3o fazendo o cadastro das chaves Pix, para identificar a conta para receber pagamentos e transfer\u00eancias. E a fase restrita de opera\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu de 3 a 15 deste m\u00eas, com hor\u00e1rios espec\u00edficos para fazer as transa\u00e7\u00f5es, dispon\u00edvel apenas para alguns clientes selecionados pelas institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras.<br>Segundo o Banco Central, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 limite m\u00ednimo para pagamentos ou transfer\u00eancias via Pix. As institui\u00e7\u00f5es que ofertam o Pix podem estabelecer limites m\u00e1ximos de valor para reduzir de riscos de fraude, lavagem de dinheiro e financiamento do terrorismo.<br>Para fazer transfer\u00eancia ou pagamento, bastar ter a chave de quem vai receber o dinheiro, em vez de informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre ag\u00eancia, conta e dados pessoais do recebedor.<br>A chave Pix previamente cadastrada pode ser CPF, CNPJ, e-mail, n\u00famero de celular ou chave aleat\u00f3ria (uma sequ\u00eancia alfanum\u00e9rica gerada aleatoriamente que poder\u00e1 ser utilizada por usu\u00e1rios que n\u00e3o queiram vincular seus dados pessoais \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es de sua conta). O recebedor tamb\u00e9m pode gerar QR Codes.<br>O Pix deve ser <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/economia\/noticia\/2020-10\/pessoas-fisicas-nao-poderao-ser-cobradas-por-uso-do-pix\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gratuito para pessoas f\u00edsicas<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de transfer\u00eancia e de compra. As exce\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o o recebimento de vendas de produtos e de servi\u00e7os, que poder\u00e3o ser tarifadas pelas institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras.<br>Tamb\u00e9m pode haver cobran\u00e7a se os clientes (pessoas f\u00edsicas e jur\u00eddicas) que, podendo fazer a transa\u00e7\u00e3o por meio eletr\u00f4nico (site ou aplicativo), preferir faz\u00ea-la presencialmente ou por telefone. Nesse caso, as institui\u00e7\u00f5es poder\u00e3o cobrar tarifas.<br>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s pessoas jur\u00eddicas, as institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras poder\u00e3o cobrar tarifa tanto no envio como no recebimento de dinheiro por meio do Pix.
