Adicione o fermento e misture com uma colher. Para o recheio, aque\u00e7a uma panela com o \u00f3leo e refogue a carne por cinco minutos. Adicione a cebola e deixe dourar. Tempere com sal, pimenta e cheiro-verde a gosto. Despeje metade da massa em uma f\u00f4rma de 26cm di\u00e2metro untada e enfarinhada, espalhe o recheio e cubra com a massa restante. Leve ao forno m\u00e9dio, preaquecido, por 40 minutos ou at\u00e9 dourar.
