Pela primeira vez, o <strong>Conselho de Direitos Humanos da ONU<\/strong> reconheceu que um ambiente limpo, saud\u00e1vel e sustent\u00e1vel \u00e9 <strong>direito<\/strong> de todas as pessoas do mundo.<br>A <strong>resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 48\/13<\/strong>, proposta em conjunto por Costa Rica, Maldivas, Marrocos, Eslov\u00eania e Su\u00ed\u00e7a, foi aprovada com 43 votos a favor durante reuni\u00e3o anual do Conselho. Apenas quatro pa\u00edses \u2014 <em>R\u00fassia, \u00cdndia, China e Jap\u00e3o<\/em> \u2014 se abstiveram da decis\u00e3o.<br>A norma pede que pa\u00edses ao redor do mundo trabalhem em conjunto para garantir a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do novo <strong>Direito Humano Universal<\/strong> a um meio ambiente saud\u00e1vel.
