As cobran\u00e7as de metas se tornaram constrangedoras por meio de ranking divulgado pela entidade financeira com os melhores e piores, gerando terror e medo de perder o emprego. Uma das banc\u00e1rias recorreu \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a e o Tribunal Regional do Trabalho (TRT) da 3\u00aa Regi\u00e3o majorou a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 50 mil a t\u00edtulo de repara\u00e7\u00e3o, decis\u00e3o mantida pelo ministro Dezena da Silva, do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (TST). A pena \u00e9 de deten\u00e7\u00e3o, de tr\u00eas meses a um ano, e multa. \u201cAntes de judicializar, \u00e9 importante que o funcion\u00e1rio sinalize o setor de RH da empresa a ocorr\u00eancia de pr\u00e1ticas constrangedoras, buscando resolver os atritos de forma mais pac\u00edfica. No entanto, se a conduta de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o e cobran\u00e7a vexat\u00f3ria persistir, o trabalhador deve acionar o sindicato representativo da classe ou da Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho.
