Oficial da Uni\u00e3o<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O presidente Jair Bolsonaro sancionou lei que disp\u00f5e sobre o acompanhamento integral para educandos com dislexia ou Transtorno do D\u00e9ficit de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o com Hiperatividade (TDAH) ou outro transtorno de aprendizagem.<br>A nova lei, publicada hoje (1\u00ba) no <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/lei-n-14.254-de-30-de-novembro-de-2021-363377461\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o<\/em><\/a><\/strong>, estabelece que o Poder P\u00fablico deve desenvolver e manter programa de acompanhamento integral para alunos com transtornos de aprendizagem.<br>Assim, de acordo com a Secretaria-Geral da Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica, as escolas da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica das redes p\u00fablica e privada, com o apoio da fam\u00edlia e dos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade existentes, ficam incumbidas de prestar cuidado e prote\u00e7\u00e3o aos educandos que, apresentando altera\u00e7\u00f5es no desenvolvimento da leitura e da escrita ou instabilidade de aten\u00e7\u00e3o, poder\u00e3o contar com apoio e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea de sa\u00fade, de assist\u00eancia social e de outras pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas existentes no territ\u00f3rio.<br>A lei estabelece ainda que as necessidades espec\u00edficas no desenvolvimento do aluno ser\u00e3o atendidas pelos profissionais da rede de ensino em parceria com profissionais da rede de sa\u00fade, devendo ser realizada interven\u00e7\u00e3o terap\u00eautica, quando preciso, com metas de acompanhamento por equipe multidisciplinar composta pelos profissionais que forem
