Segundo o minist\u00e9rio, aproximadamente 1,5 milh\u00e3o de pessoas vivem com alguma das duas infec\u00e7\u00f5es, consideradas como uma quest\u00e3o de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica no Pa\u00eds.<br>A <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/linhasdecuidado.saude.gov.br\/portal\/hepatites-virais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Linha de Cuidado das Hepatites Virais no Adulto<\/a><\/strong>, uma plataforma <em>on-line<\/em> oferece subs\u00eddios para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e a padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os oferecidos em todos os n\u00edveis de aten\u00e7\u00e3o no Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (SUS). Ela pode ser acessada durante a consulta pelo computador, <em>smartphone<\/em> ou<em> tablet<\/em>.<br>A plataforma tamb\u00e9m ajuda a pessoa a ter mais autonomia, com acesso a informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as doen\u00e7as, quais as atividades de promo\u00e7\u00e3o, preven\u00e7\u00e3o, diagn\u00f3stico, tratamento e reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis na rede p\u00fablica e por onde iniciar o atendimento.<br>\u201cA recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o inicial \u00e9 que as pessoas procurem as unidades b\u00e1sicas de sa\u00fade (UBS) para fazer o teste r\u00e1pido de detec\u00e7\u00e3o das hepatites B e C, disponibilizado gratuitamente, para evitar problemas de sa\u00fade mais s\u00e9rios\u201d, disse o secret\u00e1rio de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Prim\u00e1ria do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade, Raphael C\u00e2mara.<br>O secret\u00e1rio lembra que o Brasil \u00e9 signat\u00e1rio da estrat\u00e9gia global para a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o das hepatites virais como problema de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica at\u00e9 2030, sendo imprescind\u00edvel a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Prim\u00e1ria \u00e0 Sa\u00fade (APS) para o alcance desse objetivo. \u201cA capilaridade e a inser\u00e7\u00e3o que a Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Prim\u00e1ria tem nas comunidades facilita a abordagem de temas como as hepatites virais, a busca ativa, a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da vacina\u00e7\u00e3o e o acompanhamento dos pacientes. Por isso, a APS \u00e9 protagonista neste trabalho\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Quadro das doen\u00e7as<br><\/span><\/strong>Segundo o minist\u00e9rio, no Brasil, as hepatites mais comuns s\u00e3o causadas pelos v\u00edrus A, B e C. Existem ainda, o v\u00edrus da hepatite D (mais comum na regi\u00e3o Norte) e o da hepatite E, que \u00e9 menos frequente no Pa\u00eds. As infec\u00e7\u00f5es causadas pelas hepatites B e C atingem principalmente o f\u00edgado. Por serem condi\u00e7\u00f5es geralmente cr\u00f4nicas e silenciosas, a maioria das pessoas n\u00e3o descobre de forma precoce a infec\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 mais frequente identificar a doen\u00e7a quando ela se encontra em est\u00e1gio avan\u00e7ado, com comprometimento das fun\u00e7\u00f5es hep\u00e1ticas, cirrose, c\u00e2ncer ou com a necessidade de transplante de f\u00edgado.<br>Atualmente, estima-se que mais de 450 mil pessoas est\u00e3o com infec\u00e7\u00e3o ativa pelo v\u00edrus da hepatite C no Brasil, e cerca de 1,1 milh\u00e3o de pessoas t\u00eam hepatite B e, possivelmente, desconhecem o diagn\u00f3stico.
