Ao ser submetido ao procedimento de corre\u00e7\u00e3o de h\u00e9rnia, os\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/olhardigital.com.br\/tag\/medicos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">profissionais<\/a> detectaram que ele havia desenvolvido \u00fatero, colo do \u00fatero, tubas uterinas e um ov\u00e1rio dentro de uma protuber\u00e2ncia de 15 cent\u00edmetros que o incomodava h\u00e1 dez anos.<br>A situa\u00e7\u00e3o foi registrada em Kosovo, na S\u00e9rvia, e publicada pela revista cient\u00edfica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S2214442021001133#fig2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Urology Case Reports<\/a> pelos pesquisadores da Universidade de Prishtina. A condi\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser rara, mas \u00e9 conhecida como s\u00edndrome do ducto mulleriano persistente (PDMS), ocorrendo em homens quando tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam \u00f3rg\u00e3os reprodutivos femininos ao lado do p\u00eanis.<br>Isso ocorre quando o in\u00edcio do \u00fatero, chamado de ducto Mulleriano, n\u00e3o se rompe no desenvolvimento inicial de um <a href=\"https:\/\/olhardigital.com.br\/tag\/bebe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">beb\u00ea<\/a> durante a gesta\u00e7\u00e3o, por volta da s\u00e9tima semana. No mundo, at\u00e9 o momento, somente 200 casos foram registrados.<br>Sendo assim, os \u00f3rg\u00e3os excedentes costumam ser descobertos em procedimentos cir\u00fargicos e os sintomas mais comuns s\u00e3o a h\u00e9rnia inguinal e test\u00edculos n\u00e3o descidos. Os m\u00e9dicos encontram um saco escrotal, al\u00e9m dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os femininos. S\u00f3 que mesmo com a condi\u00e7\u00e3o de pseudo-hermafroditismo, n\u00e3o houve nada afetado no sistema reprodutivo no paciente.
