No Brasil, o n\u00famero \u00e9 bem maior: aproximadamente um milh\u00e3o de pessoas est\u00e3o com pend\u00eancias financeiras no programa de financiamento. Em 14 de dezembro de 2021, Neucimar Fraga apresentou na Comiss\u00e3o de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o substitutivo ao Projeto de Lei 7247\/17 e apensados. A finalidade do relat\u00f3rio \u00e9 a mesma apresentada na emenda, de regularizar o Fies por meio de perd\u00e3o, anistia e condi\u00e7\u00f5es especiais para refinanciamento da d\u00edvida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">\u201cTodas as a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas para a educa\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o investimentos. Portanto, \u00e9 importante ajudar pessoas que est\u00e3o contribuindo para o desenvolvimento do Brasil. J\u00e1 apresentamos proposta semelhante na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados e vamos seguir em frente com este assunto em todos os \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes\u201d, disse o deputado.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a proposta do parlamentar \u00e0 MP, ficam anistiadas todas as d\u00edvidas com o Fies dos alunos que cursaram um per\u00edodo letivo ou menos at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2020 e optaram pelo trancamento da matr\u00edcula ou se enquadrem como desistentes do curso.<br>A medida tamb\u00e9m valer\u00e1 para os alunos que cursaram um per\u00edodo letivo ou mais, com d\u00e9bitos em aberto (parcelas vencidas e vincendas) e encontram-se atualmente inv\u00e1lidos ou impossibilitados de prosseguir com o curso e efetuar o adimplemento das parcelas j\u00e1 devidas por motivo de invalidez permanente, total ou parcial causada por doen\u00e7a ou acidente.<br>O deputado tamb\u00e9m prop\u00f5e ajudar os discentes inadimplentes at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2020, que tenham conclu\u00eddo o curso ou n\u00e3o, ter\u00e3o algumas op\u00e7\u00f5es para quitar ou amortizar os d\u00e9bitos. Uma das maneiras para regularizar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 mediante utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de precat\u00f3rios da uni\u00e3o e demais t\u00edtulos de cr\u00e9ditos com a Uni\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">\u201cA reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Fies \u00e9 um compromisso do nosso mandato! Entendemos que, nos \u00faltimos dois anos, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria provocada pela pandemia de covid-19 trouxe consequ\u00eancias para a economia, prejudicando as vidas de muitos cidad\u00e3os. Mas, estamos no Poder Legislativo justamente para trabalhar em prol da situa\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal do Brasil\u201d, comentou.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 ainda a possibilidade de abatimento ou amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o em folha de pagamento de at\u00e9 30% dos seus rendimentos, para quem ocupar a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de funcion\u00e1rio p\u00fablico ou privado. No caso dos aut\u00f4nomos, o abatimento ser\u00e1 do mesmo percentual em renda bruta demonstrada pelo financiado.<br>Desempregados e inadimplentes poder\u00e3o quitar suas parcelas atrav\u00e9s de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de interesse p\u00fablico. Todas as amortiza\u00e7\u00f5es ou quita\u00e7\u00f5es das parcelas dos estudantes financiados ser\u00e3o regulamentadas e operacionalizadas pelo CG-Fies. Este sistema tamb\u00e9m ficar\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela ado\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as medidas cab\u00edveis para cria\u00e7\u00e3o de programa o qual direcionar\u00e1 os financiados para
