Com isso, os pesquisadores acreditam deixar evidente que a sa\u00fade mental tamb\u00e9m influencia na sa\u00fade f\u00edsica.<br>O estudo analisou dados de mais de um milh\u00e3o de <a href=\"https:\/\/olhardigital.com.br\/tag\/pacientes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pacientes<\/a> e tentou usar a gen\u00e9tica para entender a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre nove transtornos mentais e 50 fatores medidos em exames de sangue, como colesterol, vitaminas, enzimas e indicadores de inflama\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>Os pesquisadores identificaram uma correla\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica entre os biomarcadores sangu\u00edneos e as doen\u00e7as mentais. Por exemplo, foi poss\u00edvel notar uma correla\u00e7\u00e3o entre a <a href=\"https:\/\/olhardigital.com.br\/tag\/depressao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">depress\u00e3o<\/a> e quantidade de gl\u00f3bulos brancos no sangue. Com isso, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel saber que algum fator influencia tanto no transtorno mental, quanto no biomarcador. Este processo utiliza o fato de herdamos aleatoriamente variantes de DNA dos nossos pais, o que seria comparado a um paciente que recebeu um placebo ou o <a href=\"https:\/\/olhardigital.com.br\/tag\/tratamento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tratamento<\/a> em um ensaio cl\u00ednico oficial. Este processo \u00e9 mais complexo e necessita de mais maneiras de interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o, mas apontou evid\u00eancias de que subst\u00e2ncias presentes no sangue realmente est\u00e3o envolvidas na causa de transtornos mentais.
