O ministro tamb\u00e9m determinou que a parlamentar deve entregar, de forma volunt\u00e1ria, sua arma e muni\u00e7\u00f5es no prazo de 48 horas na Superintend\u00eancia da Pol\u00edcia Federal no Distrito Federal ou de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/logo-embacia.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33905\" width=\"249\" height=\"249\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A arma foi usada pela deputada para perseguir um homem nas ruas de um bairro nobre em S\u00e3o Paulo na v\u00e9spera do segundo turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es. Caso Zambelli descumpra a decis\u00e3o, o magistrado definiu que dever\u00e1 ser expedido um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o. No entanto, a PGR n\u00e3o apresentou den\u00fancia contra Zambelli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/logo-locau-veiculos-1024x573.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33078\" width=\"332\" height=\"185\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">O ministro considerou que as provas colhidas apontam para o uso da arma &#8220;para al\u00e9m dos limites da autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de leg\u00edtima defesa\u201d e afastam &#8220;a suposta defesa da honra&#8221;. Gilmar Mendes disse ainda que as medidas devem ser feitas considerando &#8220;tanto das circunst\u00e2ncias do evento quanto das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es subsequentes promovidas pela investigada na m\u00eddia e nas redes sociais quanto \u00e0 suposta legitimidade do comportamento e, tamb\u00e9m, com ataques verbais \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es democr\u00e1ticas, instigando pr\u00e1ticas em descompasso com as premissas do Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito&#8221;.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Logo-Grupo-SEI.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31973\" width=\"341\" height=\"179\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Logo-Grupo-SEI.jpg 713w, https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Logo-Grupo-SEI-300x158.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 341px) 100vw, 341px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>O ministro definiu um prazo de 60 dias para que o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico tente viabilizar um acordo de n\u00e3o persecu\u00e7\u00e3o penal, ou seja, um acordo para que a parlamentar n\u00e3o responda a uma a\u00e7\u00e3o penal no STF. A possibilidade de acordo foi solicitada pela PGR.
