Parece coisa de filme, mas um estudo da Universidade da Calif\u00f3rnia em San Diego conseguiu esses n\u00fameros ao utilizar o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/olhardigital.com.br\/tag\/envelhecimento\/\">composto<\/a> em uma levedura. Claro, ainda falta bastante para que isso seja aplicado em humanos, mas n\u00e3o deixa de ser um resultado animador e impressionante que pode abrir portas para uma revolu\u00e7\u00e3o neste segmento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/logo-embacia.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33905\" width=\"254\" height=\"254\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Revolu\u00e7\u00e3o pois esse estudo publicado na <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S0047637421001147?via%3Dihub\">ScienceDirect<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>vai por um caminho diferente. Ao inv\u00e9s de ser uma terapia gen\u00e9tica que tenta replicar a juventude de forma artificial, a nova pesquisa tenta frear o envelhecimento no nosso corpo, mas como isso \u00e9 feito? Quando os estudos come\u00e7aram, h\u00e1 alguns anos, foi identificado que as c\u00e9lulas das leveduras possuem duas formas distintas de segmentos para envelhecerem: Metade delas envelhece por conta do decl\u00ednio das mitoc\u00f4ndrias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"222\" src=\"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/logo_Juliana-Graca.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39283\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A outra metade tem o envelhecimento acentuado por conta de um decl\u00ednio na estabilidade do DNA. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o encontrada pela equipe foi manipular as c\u00e9lulas para evitar que elas se deteriorassem em uma velocidade normal. Para isso, o foco foi nos circuitos reguladores de genes, que est\u00e3o presentes tamb\u00e9m nas c\u00e9lulas humanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Logo_MasterMind.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40974\" width=\"276\" height=\"201\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Esses circuitos s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por diversas fun\u00e7\u00f5es do nosso corpo e o envelhecimento \u00e9 uma delas. A pesquisa modificou o circuito que comanda o desgaste celular. Basicamente a mudan\u00e7a fez o circuito oscilar entre os dois \u201ccaminhos do envelhecimento\u201d citados acima. Dessa forma, foi evitada uma degrada\u00e7\u00e3o maior em ambos, j\u00e1 que todo o processo ocorreu de forma mais lenta.<br>O resultado: as c\u00e9lulas de leveduras que passaram pelo processo de modifica\u00e7\u00e3o, tiveram um aumento de vida em cerca de 82% quando comparadas com as c\u00e9lulas que n\u00e3o foram submetidas a este procedimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Banner-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27877\" width=\"270\" height=\"225\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Nosso trabalho representa um exemplo de prova de conceito, demonstrando a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o bem-sucedida da biologia sint\u00e9tica para reprogramar o processo de envelhecimento celular.
