O que surpreende \u00e9 que, al\u00e9m de combater v\u00edrus e bact\u00e9rias, um tipo de c\u00e9lula T conhecida como gama delta pode tamb\u00e9m destruir <a href=\"https:\/\/gizmodo.uol.com.br\/como-a-fotografia-pode-revolucionar-a-luta-contra-o-cancer-de-pele\/\">c\u00e9lulas cancer\u00edgenas<\/a>.<br>Mas como exatamente elas fazem isso ainda era uma d\u00favida para pesquisadores da \u00e1rea. Agora, um estudo publicado na revista <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41586-023-06482-x\"><em>Nature<\/em><\/a> parece ter desvendado o mecanismo \u2014 que pode ser explorado em tratamentos contra o c\u00e2ncer. Em geral, as c\u00e9lulas T possuem uma prote\u00edna em sua superf\u00edcie que reconhece mol\u00e9culas nas c\u00e9lulas-alvo. Por isso, a maioria dos tratamentos experimentais contra o <a href=\"https:\/\/gizmodo.uol.com.br\/como-um-software-da-astronomia-pode-ajudar-no-combate-ao-cancer-de-pele\/\">c\u00e2ncer<\/a> estudados hoje tentam recriar esse processo para direcionar o ataque desses gl\u00f3bulos brancos aos tumores.<br>No entanto, as c\u00e9lulas T gama delta reconhecem suas c\u00e9lulas-alvo de uma maneira muito diferente das c\u00e9lulas T convencionais. O problema \u00e9 que elas s\u00e3o encontradas tanto em tecidos saud\u00e1veis quando doentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/logo_esteio.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1214\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">Em busca do estresse celular<br><\/span><\/strong>Quando eles examinaram mais de perto os resultados de sua triagem CRISPR, perceberam o estresse celular desencadeava um processo interessante. Primeiro, ele esgotava a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de energia nas c\u00e9lulas <a href=\"https:\/\/gizmodo.uol.com.br\/homens-veganos-e-vegetarianos-tem-menos-risco-de-cancer-colorretal\/\">cancer\u00edgenas<\/a>. Isso aumentava a quantidade de mol\u00e9culas de butirofilina na superf\u00edcie dessas c\u00e9lulas. Elas foram mais facilmente reconhecidas pelas c\u00e9lulas T gama delta devido ao aumento das butirofilinas e, como resultado, foram mortas de maneira mais eficiente.
