Policiais federais est\u00e3o neste momento no Pal\u00e1cio Laranjeiras, resid\u00eancia oficial do governador do Rio de Janeiro, Wilson Witzel. H\u00e1 equipes tamb\u00e9m em outros pontos da cidade.
De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Placebo tem por objetivo apurar ind\u00edcios de desvios de recursos destinados ao combate \u00e0 pandemia do novo coronav\u00edrus (covid-19) no estado do Rio.
Est\u00e3o sendo cumpridos 12 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, expedidos pelo Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ), nos estados de S\u00e3o Paulo e do Rio de Janeiro.
As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es indicam a exist\u00eancia de um esquema de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o envolvendo uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o social contratada para a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de hospitais de campanha e servidores da c\u00fapula da gest\u00e3o do sistema de sa\u00fade do estado do Rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
