Os n\u00fameros consideram Tesouro Nacional, Previd\u00eancia Social e Banco Central (BC).<br>O novo marco fiscal define um intervalo de toler\u00e2ncia de 0,25 ponto percentual do PIB para o saldo prim\u00e1rio anualmente.
