Recurso \u00e9 para ser usado pelos partidos nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es deste ano<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Mais de R$ 2 bilh\u00f5es destinados ao Fundo Especial de Financiamento de Campanha, o chamado Fundo Eleitoral j\u00e1 est\u00e3o com o Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) para serem distribu\u00eddos entre os partidos pol\u00edticos. O total de R$ 2.034.954.824,00 foi repassado nessa segunda-feira (1\u00ba) ao TSE, conforme o extrato de Termo de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o Descentralizada (TED), publicado nessa segunda-feira (1\u00ba) no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o.
O dinheiro dever\u00e1 ser empregado pelos partidos no financiamento de suas campanhas nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais deste ano. De acordo com o tribunal, 30% desses recursos ser\u00e3o destinados \u00e0s candidaturas femininas. O fundo \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo por valores do Or\u00e7amento da Uni\u00e3o em ano eleitoral.
O TSE tem agora 15 dias para divulgar o valor a que cada legenda ter\u00e1 direito, de acordo com o Artigo 16-C da Lei das Elei\u00e7\u00f5es (Lei n\u00ba 9.504\/1997). A Corte Eleitoral j\u00e1 iniciou os c\u00e1lculos para saber quanto cada partido receber\u00e1.
Ap\u00f3s o TSE definir a cota do fundo que caber\u00e1 a cada partido, mediante solicita\u00e7\u00e3o a cada uma das legendas, ser\u00e1 feita a transfer\u00eancia dos recursos para uma conta aberta pelo diret\u00f3rio nacional do respectivo partido para atender unicamente a essa finalidade.
Os recursos do Fundo Eleitoral ficar\u00e3o \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do partido pol\u00edtico somente depois de a sigla definir crit\u00e9rios para a sua distribui\u00e7\u00e3o. Esses crit\u00e9rios devem ser aprovados pela maioria absoluta dos membros do \u00f3rg\u00e3o de dire\u00e7\u00e3o executiva nacional da sigla, e precisam ser divulgados publicamente.
“As verbas do fundo que n\u00e3o forem utilizadas nas campanhas eleitorais dever\u00e3o ser devolvidas ao Tesouro Nacional, integralmente, no momento da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da respectiva presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas”, diz o TSE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
