A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 ajudar <em>Joby<\/em> a expandir seus neg\u00f3cios com o Departamento de Defesa, que \u00e9 parceiro da empresa el\u00e9trica de decolagem e pouso vertical (eVTOL) desde 2016. No in\u00edcio deste ano, a <em>Joby<\/em> assinou um acordo para lan\u00e7ar um servi\u00e7o de t\u00e1xi a\u00e9reo em Dubai em 2026. A companhia ainda realizou recentemente alguns voos de exibi\u00e7\u00e3o em Manhattan e planeja come\u00e7ar a transportar passageiros comerciais em cidades como Nova York e Los Angeles em 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" src=\"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/FERRARI_MAQUINAS-E-FERRAMENTAS2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27860\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A aeronave totalmente el\u00e9trica da <em>Joby<\/em> tem seis rotores e cinco assentos, incluindo o piloto. O ve\u00edculo pode decolar verticalmente, como um helic\u00f3ptero, e ent\u00e3o passar para o voo para frente usando rotores inclinados. A empresa diz que a aeronave pode atingir uma velocidade m\u00e1xima de 320 km\/h, viajar 240 quil\u00f4metros com uma \u00fanica carga de bateria e \u00e9 100 vezes mais silencioso que uma aeronave convencional.
