Corte os repolhos em fatias finas. Coloque as fatias de repolho em uma vasilha, acrescente o sal e mexa bem at\u00e9 come\u00e7ar a soltar \u00e1gua. Coloque os repolhos picados em um recipiente de vidro herm\u00e9tico e complete com \u00e1gua, cobrindo-os totalmente. Adicione as semente de cominho e ent\u00e3o feche o pote. Armazene em temperatura ambiente por cinco a sete dias at\u00e9 fermentar.
