Em vez de ser cont\u00ednuo e uniforme, ele se acelera em determinados per\u00edodos da vida. Um novo estudo identificou um ponto de inflex\u00e3o importante: por volta dos 50 anos, os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e tecidos passam a envelhecer de forma mais acentuada.<br>Pesquisadores da Academia Chinesa de Ci\u00eancias analisaram amostras de 76 doadores de \u00f3rg\u00e3os, com idades entre 14 e 68 anos, que morreram de traumatismo craniano. Eles mapearam prote\u00ednas em sete sistemas do corpo \u2014 incluindo cora\u00e7\u00e3o, f\u00edgado, pulm\u00e3o e m\u00fasculos \u2014 al\u00e9m do sangue, para entender como essas mol\u00e9culas mudam com o tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cesconetto.com.br\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" src=\"https:\/\/jornalfatosenoticias.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Banner-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43787\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Os resultados mostraram mudan\u00e7as significativas nas prote\u00ednas entre 45 e 55 anos, especialmente na aorta, o que indica uma alta vulnerabilidade do sistema vascular ao envelhecimento. Tamb\u00e9m foram observadas altera\u00e7\u00f5es no p\u00e2ncreas e no ba\u00e7o. A cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um \u201crel\u00f3gio prote\u00f4mico\u201d multitecido pode orientar futuras interven\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e9dicas espec\u00edficas, ajudando a retardar doen\u00e7as associadas ao envelhecimento e a melhorar a sa\u00fade na fase adulta avan\u00e7ada.
