A arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o do governo federal com impostos, contribui\u00e7\u00f5es e demais receitas somou R$ 325,8 bilh\u00f5es em janeiro, informou a Receita Federal nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (24). O resultado representa crescimento real de 3,56% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo m\u00eas de 2025, quando a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o foi de R$ 314,54 bilh\u00f5es, j\u00e1 corrigidos pela infla\u00e7\u00e3o. O valor \u00e9 o maior j\u00e1 registrado para meses de janeiro desde o in\u00edcio da s\u00e9rie hist\u00f3rica da Receita, em 1995. O desempenho est\u00e1 associado ao avan\u00e7o da atividade econ\u00f4mica e ao impacto de medidas tribut\u00e1rias adotadas pelo governo nos \u00faltimos anos.
Entre os principais destaques, o Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte sobre rendimentos de capital arrecadou R$ 14,68 bilh\u00f5es, com alta real de 32,56%. A Receita aponta que o resultado reflete, entre outros fatores, a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Juros sobre Capital Pr\u00f3prio (JCP), cujo impacto completo ainda n\u00e3o aparece na arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o de janeiro. O Imposto sobre Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Financeiras (IOF) somou R$ 8 bilh\u00f5es, com crescimento real de 49,05%, ap\u00f3s eleva\u00e7\u00e3o das al\u00edquotas no ano passado. J\u00e1 a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o com a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de apostas online e jogos de azar atingiu R$ 1,5 bilh\u00e3o. Parte do aumento da carga sobre as chamadas bets ainda n\u00e3o se refletiu nos n\u00fameros devido ao prazo de noventena.<\/p>\n\n\n

A arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o previdenci\u00e1ria totalizou R$ 63,45 bilh\u00f5es, alta real de 5,48%, impulsionada pelo crescimento da massa salarial, pela expans\u00e3o do Simples Nacional e pelo aumento das compensa\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias. PIS\/Pasep e Cofins somaram R$ 56 bilh\u00f5es, com avan\u00e7o real de 4,35%, resultado ligado ao crescimento das vendas e do setor de servi\u00e7os. O resultado tamb\u00e9m incorpora efeitos de mudan\u00e7as tribut\u00e1rias recentes, como a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de fundos exclusivos e offshores, altera\u00e7\u00f5es nas subven\u00e7\u00f5es estaduais, retomada da cobran\u00e7a sobre combust\u00edveis, imposto sobre encomendas internacionais, reonera\u00e7\u00e3o gradual da folha de pagamentos e o encerramento de benef\u00edcios fiscais para o setor de eventos.
O governo conta com a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o da arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o para cumprir a meta fiscal de 2026, que prev\u00ea super\u00e1vit de 0,25% do PIB, estimado em cerca de R$ 34,3 bilh\u00f5es. Pelo arcabou\u00e7o fiscal, h\u00e1 margem de toler\u00e2ncia de 0,25 ponto percentual, o que permite considerar a meta cumprida com resultado pr\u00f3ximo de zero ou super\u00e1vit de at\u00e9 R$ 68,6 bilh\u00f5es. O modelo tamb\u00e9m autoriza a exclus\u00e3o de at\u00e9 R$ 57,8 bilh\u00f5es em despesas do c\u00e1lculo da meta, como o pagamento de precat\u00f3rios. Na pr\u00e1tica, proje\u00e7\u00f5es indicam que as contas p\u00fablicas podem registrar d\u00e9ficit aproximado de R$ 23,3 bilh\u00f5es em 2026, mesmo que o resultado oficial apresente saldo positivo. Se confirmado, o cen\u00e1rio indicaria manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de contas negativas ao longo do atual mandato presidencial.<\/p>\n\n\n
