Este grande jardim se conectar\u00e1 com o parque p\u00fablico vizinho ao estabelecimento. \u00c1rvores e plantas tamb\u00e9m estar\u00e3o presentes em diversos espa\u00e7os \u2013 formando camadas de verde ao longo do pr\u00e9dio.<br>As plantas v\u00e3o fornecer sombreamento e resfriamento natural, al\u00e9m de melhorar a qualidade do ar circundante. O pr\u00f3prio desenho arquitet\u00f4nico do edif\u00edcio tem a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de trazer a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de acolhimento e que \u201cn\u00e3o funcione como uma cerca ou barreira\u201d, segundo Pietro Chiodi, diretor de projetos de arquitetura da filial Stefano Boeri Architetti China.<br>Al\u00e9m de reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o, o espa\u00e7o servir\u00e1 a diversas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, entre elas: centro esportivo, museu, treinamento individual e em equipe, atividades recreativas e art\u00edsticas. Apesar de n\u00e3o especificar, o projeto prev\u00ea o uso de energia renov\u00e1vel para suprir as demandas do edif\u00edcio.
