O texto do PL \u00e9 fruto de debate entre v\u00e1rias pastas, e deve estimular o transporte de mercadorias internamente e aumentar a competitividade industrial do Pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cVamos derrubar o custo de transporte no Brasil inteiro. Hoje, o min\u00e9rio vira a\u00e7o no sul, e chega ao nordeste 40% mais caro do que se tivesse ido para a China e voltado. Isso pelo custo no transporte\u201d, afirmou em redes sociais o ministro Paulo Guedes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo nota divulgada pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura (MInfra), o texto do PL criar\u00e1 novas rotas mar\u00edtimas e reduzir\u00e1 os custos de transporte nas rotas existentes. O volume de cont\u00eaineres deve ser ampliado de 1,2 milh\u00e3o TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit, em ingl\u00eas. Medida equivalente a 20 p\u00e9s, ou 39 metros c\u00fabicos) ao ano para 2 milh\u00f5es TEUs ao ano.<br>\u201cO projeto vai permitir o barateamento dos custos. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s frotas, o programa estimula as empresas j\u00e1 existentes e d\u00e1 mais autonomia a elas, al\u00e9m de desburocratizar o registro e o tr\u00e1fego de embarca\u00e7\u00f5es. Para a ind\u00fastria naval, o governo pretende estimular a docagem de embarca\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais no Brasil, o que aumentar\u00e1 o conhecimento em manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de pe\u00e7as e maquin\u00e1rio para navios, estimulando a escalonagem da ind\u00fastria brasileira.<br>As a\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os custos incidir\u00e3o sobre os tr\u00e2mites burocr\u00e1ticos da cabotagem. Taxas e regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser diminu\u00eddas e aceleradas. Para o eixo relacionado aos portos, est\u00e1 prevista a agiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da entrada em opera\u00e7\u00e3o de terminais dedicados \u00e0 cabotagem. Empresas que n\u00e3o possuem opera\u00e7\u00f5es em determinados portos tamb\u00e9m ter\u00e3o vantagens, afirma a nota t\u00e9nica.
